After working with over 100 service-based businesses, we noticed something important. Funeral care, one of the most compassionate industries was also one of the least visible online. Many firms relied on word of mouth, while families increasingly turned to Google in their time of need.
We set out to change that.
Before founding The Funeral Marketing Co., I worked as Head of Strategy at a leading UK marketing agency, where I helped modernise digital marketing in the self storage industry.
I developed and led strategies for more than 100 self storage companies across the UK and internationally, collaborating closely with industry associations, software providers, and suppliers to set new standards for online visibility, performance, and growth.
Now, I’ve turned that same experience toward a sector that truly deserves it, the funeral profession. My goal is to help UK funeral directors benefit from the same level of digital transformation: modern websites, stronger local search visibility, and ethical marketing that builds trust with families when it matters most.
